Terms of service
The service
These terms cover your use of DueBack, a Shopify app made by Miso Apps. By installing DueBack you agree to them on behalf of your store.
Plans and billing
DueBack is billed through Shopify. Paid plans may start with a free trial; after it, Shopify charges your plan every 30 days with your Shopify bill. Each plan includes a number of rentals a month. Going over never stops bookings; we let you know so you can choose a larger plan. You can change or cancel your plan, or uninstall, at any time. Charges already made are not refunded unless Shopify's billing rules or the law require it.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your products, prices, deposits, late fees and the rental agreement you publish, and for making sure they are lawful where you sell. You decide how much of a deposit to refund and which fees to charge; DueBack carries out what you confirm.
Check bookings that DueBack marks as conflicts. DueBack checks availability at checkout, but orders made outside the online store checkout, such as some draft or POS orders, can still need your attention.
Acceptable use
Do not use DueBack to break the law or Shopify's terms, to send unwanted email, or to try to reach data of other stores.
Availability and liability
We work to keep DueBack running and your data safe, but the app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Miso Apps is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for DueBack in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling DueBack. We may suspend a store that breaks these terms. Data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
Changes and contact
We will post changes here and update the date at the top. Questions: email hi@misoapps.com or use the chat inside DueBack.
